Hey! I’m Samantha, born and raised in HRM. I bought my first home at 19 years old, young and excited to start a life and family of my own. I chose my first home based on the crisp look of the white trim… laughable, I know. As a young first-time homebuyer, I didn’t know what to look for and was blinded by the excitement of “adulting.”

I quickly learned how important it is to look beyond the surface and really do your research—something I can now do for my clients by digging deep, going the extra mile, and making sure their experience is everything they hope for and more.

Seventeen years and two children later, I’ve learned so much along the way. While working all over HRM as a letter carrier at Canada Post, I spent time in various neighborhoods and had the chance to connect with people in many communities. I love building relationships and helping people, which is what real estate is all about to me.

I’m a down-to-earth, organized, fun-loving gal with a meticulous eye for detail (and yes, a bit of a perfectionist). I care deeply, aim to please, and won’t let you down. Helping is my passion. I love talking to people, building connections, and going above and beyond—qualities that make me a great choice for your buying or selling needs.

When I’m not working, I’m a wife and mom of two teenagers. I love cleaning, organizing, and exercising. Nature has always been my happy place—I enjoy reading a book outside and taking walks through the woods with my little dog, Louie.
