Before becoming licensed, Cody built his experience in the construction industry, where he worked his way into a project management role on a large construction site. This experience gave him a strong understanding of how projects operate and the many moving parts involved in building and maintaining properties.
Today, Cody helps buyers and sellers across Nova Scotia navigate the real estate market with clarity and confidence. He works with a range of clients including first time homebuyers, young professionals, and investors. His approach focuses on clear communication, honest guidance, and helping clients fully understand their options so they can make informed decisions. Cody also takes a modern approach to marketing, using video and digital platforms to help properties stand out and reach the right buyers.
Outside of real estate, Cody is a boxer and runner who trains regularly in the gym. He is also a fragrance enthusiast who enjoys learning about business, personal development, and continuous self improvement.
